How do I perform an evaluation?

To perform an evaluation:

• Log into SBN Ergo+.
  See instructions for accessing mobile apps here
• Click the Evaluation button from the Launch Pad
• Enter an Operator Name, select a location, and select a template.

• Enter information for all sections 
• Navigate back to the Create Evaluation screen and hit Complete to submit the evaluation
