Creating your first procedure

To create your first procedure:

After successfully logging in, click the LOTO icon or navigate to the ‘LOTO’ module underneath the app menu in the upper right-hand corner.

You will be taken to the Results > Procedure page where you can create a procedure by taking the following steps:

• Click the Create Procedure button
• Select the Template you would like to use
• Enter Location information as well as the equipment name and click Start Procedure
• Add photos, energy sources, and open up each section to answer the questions
• Click Complete Procedure once finished to finalize the procedure
