How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, first go to your company-specific URL. If you have forgotten or do not know your company-specific URL, you can find steps on how to retrieve the URL here.
Once on your company-specific login screen, take the following steps to reset your password:
- Click the ‘Forgot Password’ button
- Enter your username
- Click ‘Send’
The above steps will trigger a password reset request and an email will come through from support@simplebutneeded.net. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
If you do not receive an email, please ensure that support@simplebutneeded.net is on your trusted sender list and check your spam folder. If you still do not receive an email, please contact your SBN administrator.
