What is my username?
Usernames in SBN are set by your administrator. In most cases, your username will be the same as your email; however, in some cases, they may be different. Your username is listed in the welcome email you receive from SBN at the time of your account creation.
If you forget your username, you can request to be sent an email that contains your usernames along with all of the associated orgs.
To request your username:
- Go to this URL: https://id.simplebutneeded.net/login/
- Click on ‘Forgot Domain’
- Enter your email where prompted and click ‘Send’
The above steps will trigger an email from support@simplebutneeded.net with all of the usernames associated with the email address you provided.
If you receive an email that says there are no usernames associated with your email address, please try a different email address or contact your system administrator as this may mean you do not have a user account created yet.
If you do not receive an email, please ensure that support@simplebutneeded.net is on your trusted sender list and check your spam folder. If you still do not receive an email, please contact your SBN administrator.
