The URL I have to access my self evaluation no longer works, what should I do?

Self evaluation URLs are only valid for 30 days. After 30 days, contact the person who sent you the initial URL and ask them to generate you a new URL if you need to access the record. 

A new URL can be generated by:

• Navigating to the evaluation details
• Click Generate Link
• Under Select a previously created user, select the person associated with the evaluation
• Select Generate Link
• Copy the URL and share with the person requiring access
