What is a recommendation?

A recommendation can be auto-generated or input manually. The recommendation itself is an action item that comes out of an evaluation which may require follow-up. For example, in a workstation evaluation, some recommendations might be to raise or lower your monitor, order a new keyboard, or adjust the monitor height.

Recommendations are saved in a separate table which can be access at Ergo > Results > Recommendations in addition to being displayed within the evaluation from which they came. The Results > Recommendation table can be used to keep track of outstanding recommendations to help ensure all necessary actions coming out of an evaluation are completed.
