What is a Self Evaluation?
A self evaluation is when an employee self assesses themselves by completing an evaluation. Employees do not need to be users in the SBN system to complete a self evaluation as they will be sent a URL which will provide them with direct access to complete the self evaluation. Self evaluations will generate recommendations that the employees can implement themselves or that can be assigned out to someone else in the organization to complete.
Self evaluations are a great way to get broad coverage at your organization since they can be completed easily by employees and provide a baseline of ergonomic situations across the organization that can be used to hone in on those individuals who will benefit the most from ergonomic assistance.
