What is cloning a procedure?

Cloning procedures is a great way to quickly gain coverage for your LOTO program or otherwise create procedures quickly. By starting a new procedure from a clone of an existing procedure, you can save time by selecting a similar procedure, making a clone, and then modifying the clone to fit the needs of the new procedure.

For example, if you had 10 identical HVAC units in a room, you can create a procedure for 1 and then clone it 9 other times. For each clone, you would then tailor it to the specific HVAC unit. If the large majority of steps in the procedure are the same, then this will result in a much more rapid procedure generation
