Which locations can I access?

In SBN, users can either be assigned access to all locations or specific locations. Location access is determined by your SBN administrator at the time your user is created and can be updated by the administrator later as desired. You will only see data from locations where you have been assigned access.

To determine your location access: 

  • Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the web portal
  • Select ‘User Info’
  • Scroll down to ‘Location Access’.

You can alternately click the location dropdown in any web or mobile app and see which locations are listed.

To request location access be added or removed, please contact your SBN Administrator.
